1. What is the delivery time for my order?

The standard delivery time for orders worldwide depends on the destination. Generally, delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number to track your delivery.

2. Are there any shipping costs?

No, at Decorffy we offer free worldwide shipping for all orders.

3. Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

4. How can I return a product?

To return a product, send an email to contact@decorffy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you further return instructions.

5. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
